All payments made for SEO services, link building, guest posts, press releases, or other digital marketing packages are considered final once the order has been processed and work has begun.
However, we may issue a refund or replacement under the following specific circumstances:
The delivered service does not meet the quality or specifications outlined in your order confirmation.
The link placement is lost or removed within the guaranteed replacement period (typically up to 36 months), and a replacement cannot be provided.
A duplicate or accidental payment has been made due to a system or billing error.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
The client expected specific ranking results or traffic increases (SEO outcomes cannot be guaranteed).
The client changes their mind after work has started or after the order is delivered.
Delays caused by factors outside our control (algorithm updates, hosting downtime, technical SEO issues, etc.).
The client provides incorrect URLs, anchor text, or campaign details during order submission.
The client violates our terms or engages in manipulative SEO practices affecting campaign results.
If a backlink placed by Jasperank becomes inactive or deleted within the guaranteed timeframe, we will replace it free of charge with a link of equal or better quality.
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.
Orders can be canceled only before the campaign setup or outreach process begins. Once our team has initiated the work or content has been written/submitted, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe, Wise, or cryptocurrency (in selected cases). Any refund, if approved, will be returned through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
